There is nothing to like about this property. Centipedes were crawling on the floor and walls of the room. There were deep unfilled cracks in the walls and floor of the bathroom. All in all, it was dirty. Breakfast area was so small barely fits 15 people at a time with very limited choices.

Staff was extremely and responsive. We did not get the room we reserved, even though reservations were made over a month before. The couch and hide a bed were dirty and full of crumbs. We had to ask for the linens to make the couch bed up. Heavy use of cleaning products does not make an old hotel better, only creates a heavy chemical smell. It was convenient to our relatives.

Came here for a 1 night stay with our family of four. Pool was great and open late. Continental breakfast was good and included with our stay. Rooms were clean and linens fresh. Mattresses were pretty firm/hard. One of the night stand outlets were broken and taped over which caused a little issue getting cpap and other devices plugged in. Rooms were a little on the small side but fine for an overnight stay. Bob Evans right in front of the hotel was a nice dining option.

The staff was excellent - my King room was very spacious, clean - I used the pool this morning 5/5 before I checked out.Pool is small , clean and the room was well appointed with nice pool furniture ( clean & in good shape), had Emergency equipment in case of pool accident . I didn't need but was pleased pool had a lift so disabled people could use pool. Delicious & variety of breakfast items available - nice selection of drinks.. I most definitely will stay when I travel to Delaware . I sent photos of my room to 2 friends after checking in . I was in town for my great nieces Holy Communion. I did not need to use the convenient restaurants & stores nearby except for one. GOOD location -My room was at front of hotel facing Rt23 but I didn't hear any road noise. Unfortunately I had noise from young teenagers running in hall from 1 room to another & closing doors loudly . in the evening.
