Clean, spacious room. Staff are all very professional and helpful, and I mean all. The food in Nook is really good and the cakes in the coffee shop were super delicious. Front desk and customer relations go out of their way to help and the door security people were courteous and efficient. We would definatley stay here again. Also, its really close to the airport and you can walk to the shops at Worldmark 1,2 and 3.

The Aloft's breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. The in-room dining offerings were vast. House cleaning staff was diligent in replenishing the drinking water, tidying the bed, and replacing bath towels. The outdoor staff assisted with the bags and communicated with guests meeting the tour drivers. A moderate 10 minute walk to the metro station and the hotel's optional airport shuttle service are a plus.

Decent hotel overall. Given 3 stars as there was a dispute with transaction. At check-in I was informed about the total price of the room being xx.xx which was paid in full. Next morning at checkout I was informed that I owe more money as the person at reception during check-in quoted me an incorrect price . I ended up paying an additional ~£100. I ended up paying the additional amount as was late for my flight and couldn’t afford to waste any longer for an argument. later complained to the hotel but never heard back from them about it.

Great hotel. Awesome service by their staff. Extremely helpful and courteous. However their in-room dining service can be improved. There was always shortage of cutlery. They provided one set of cutlery for 2 dosas assuming it was for one person. But this is excellent hotel. Highly recommended.
