Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It was terrible experience and had to wait for 1 hour to check in and later the TV did not work. I was told to wait for 10 mins which eventually was 2 hours and when i went down to reception the hotel person had not informed anyone on it and again they had to find alternate room to allocate me. So overall i had to wait for 3+ hours in order to get a proper room.
