Avoid Glow Inn Hotel, its a scam

Well.. I would say I got scammed. Photos online and some of the reviews are apparently fake. We (2 people) stayed 1 night 10pm to 8am and we were charged 1200 INR. Room was tiny and not clean at all, bed was kind of broken.. had a weird dent in the center and sides that I couldn't sleep properly and woke up with a sore neck. Bathroom was absolutely tiny I am 50kg and slim and I was having difficulty using bathroom, imagine someone heavy and flush was malfunctioning too. They gave us just 1 towel which wasn't even freshly cleaned/washed, AC inside the room was just for show-off, it didn't work at all, fan was there but that fan had just 1 setting (highest speed), you can't slow it down as per your needs. Also the location it was in was absolutely dirty and away from the main street, it was smelling sewage around. Also on website it was mentioned that breakfast was complementary and there they were charging us 120 INR for breakfast (we denied). Not recommended at all. Please save your money and stay away from this scam. Additionally I rate Hotels.com 1 star for adding false info on this hotel over their website.
