Mr. Akhtar has been fabulous. He is very kind and makes sure that everything is taken care off! The hotel is amazing - it's neat, clean, asthetic and most of all hassle free! I would recommend everyone here

A wonderful stay at Hotel Kaca Inn ! Perfectly located just across from New Delhi Railway Station, this hotel has been my go-to place in Delhi for over 5 years. It was great before, and now it’s even better. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is truly impeccable, and the in-house restaurant serves delicious food. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and make you feel at home. If you’re looking for a comfortable and reliable stay in Delhi, this hotel is highly recommended. Excellent value for money!

The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy to travel to major attractions and business areas in Delhi. Despite being in a busy city, the hotel provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodation, and good food made my stay memorable. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Delhi.

The bed set and pillows were dirty when we checked in and so were the towels. We had to ask to get them changed. The place was extremely noisy inside, we could literally hear the toilet flushing in the room upstairs and the staff usually sat on the stairs just outside our room watching something on their phone at full volume through out the night. Travel agent in the hotel felt like a scam as they wouldn’t provide a receipt for the taxi we booked, but gave a piece of paper with the amount written on it when we asked for our money back.

Staff nice and helpful with providing directions to purchase train tickets at the Foreign ticket office. Limited hot water for shower. Room tight on space. Neighborhood unsafe.
