SCAM ALERT - SLUM - REMOVE LUSTING

This 'hotel' is a scam setup. All room are non-refundable, and they won't show you the room before you check in, so they refuse any refund. Solo travellers should be extra careful, given the staff aggression. PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED TOO! The place is in a slum area and NOTHING like the photos. The people at reception were rude, aggressive and tried to bully me. The room had no amenities listed - no washer/dryer (not even 1 in the place or vicinity. No towels, kettle, soap, toilet paper - only a filthy bed - the sheets were stained and not changed from I'm guessing, many other guests. Did I mention the sh*t in the toilet? See photos. They refused a refund and Hotels.com response was that they could do nothing. All those great reviews - done by their circle / friends /bots.

U get what u pay for, no hot water, staff are clueless and didn't know english, at 10, an hour before my checkout 1 of the ppl working there knocked and came into my room immedietly and sprayed perfume or something like that and left he didn't even ask straight up entered, the pics on Google maps are 100% fake the street is way different
