We had a quick stop at Delhi for some work and this hotel was the closest to our location. We checked in and inquired about the parking facilities and the breakfast. The parking they said would be available from 9:30 to which we agreed and the breakfast had to start from 7 am next day. The next day there was no breakfast and when inquired they said it would start by 9 am. Also the room was dirty and they didn’t even change the sheets. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

OK Hotel within 45 minutes of central New Delhi

The hotel was OK, room was comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful. Only downside was the hot water was only warm on occasions and the breakfast was OK but didn't match what was stated on the menu.

Horrible Hotel

Very bad experience with No-Customer Service. 1. Pre-paid breakfast didn't have many things in menu but they are not sorry for that and will not substitute with anything, unless you ask for it. 2. They messed breakfast order and took almost 1 hour to get correct order but then charged for it because it passed their breakfast time (because of their mistake). 3. Room fan has only off or full speed option. Around 20+ switches/outlets with any mark, so figure out your self what does what. 4. Very poor cleaning. There is not any bed sheet lining...so you use same blanket which other people has used. Not a good feeling. 5. You are literally paying a good money for a dharamshala type accommodation. Their main business is to host parties as a banquet hall. Therefore no attention to guests in the rooms.
