Overall, I had a positive stay. While the hotel may not be as top-notch as some of the major chains, it functions well. Despite the room high rates, it’s clear that some cost-saving measures are in place, for example, the juice served at breakfast was watered down and definitely not freshly made. The rooms are moderately sized rather than spacious, but housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.

Clean rooms, onsite check-in was smooth and fast. Staff unable to advise if Sauna and Steam facilities were free or a fee needed to be paid. Evening Buffet had a good selection of local cuisine, unfortunately the breakfast was cold. I had sausage bacon and been and toast, when it was brought to the attention of staff, the provided hot beans in a small bowl, by which time the rest had gone cold. In the end i just had coffee and toast, this was at he start fo the breakfast buffet times (0630)

So far the best 5 star hotels we have ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so welcoming and accommodating to any requests. The best part was there was complimentary kids menu which made our mind into ease. The dinner and breakfast buffet was just superb. Can’t wait to come back for our next stay.
