We booked it for two adults and one child so payment was made for triple occupants and they took it entire payment while check in. Reception staff never informed anything while check in, when we asked for extra bed for child in night they said there would be extra charge for bed and Staff Hemant said if you don’t want to pay charge then will give mattress and ask your child for sleep on floor!!!!! Specially Hemant was very very rude in communication Then we had to intervene Manager Pranav and he sorted it out for us but it was stressful night after long day journey. Another poor thing is in room there were few packets of snacks and soft drink cans in fridge and because it was already there we assumed it’s complimentary in room, while check out again reception staff said it’s chargeable and because you consumed it you have to pay now, then we had to argue that why you didn’t inform us that it’s chargeable while check in. They said oh sorry that’s our staff mistake we can’t do anything and they forced us to pay but again we intervene another Manager Vijay who sort it out half but we had to pay extra so communication is very very poor and making Money from guests that’s our feelings. We never had this kind of issues with any Radisson hotels we stayed in India and abroad.

This is my second visit here ans I was surprised when Sejal at front desk remembered me. I came in early morning and the staff was very helpful. The room were available but they checked me in as soon they were able to. Their manager Mr Sethi is very accommodating to all His guest.

A nice, welcoming hotel. The food was great but, sadly, a lot of the cocktails on the drinks menu were not available. They don't order in the liquors and spirits needed toake them.

Staff was very nice and metro station was next to the property, commuting and access to public transport was easy. The on-site restaurant was open all night, helped a lot. Overall, it was a good experience.

One of the reason for booking this hotel was swimming pool for kids. Disappointed! Day 2 evening - there was conference near pool and access was denied. Day 3 morning - was initially told can access pool at 8:30am (instead of 7am), but at 8:30am was told it is closed for birthday party celebration. Day 4 morning - was initially told pool access is closed for event, but upon contention was allowed.

Hotel needs an upgrade

The hotel is very basic and definitely not worth the price. The bathroom got extremely wet because of no enclosed bathing space. Rooms are cramped and the corridor areas that are carpetted very dirty. The hotel needs a revamp and upgrade.
