The proximity to the New Delhi airport is why we chose to stay here. But in such an expensive hotel you don’t expect the toilet not to flush properly, or the shower door to leak and cause the bathroom to become wet and slippery. The service in the cafe wasn’t very good either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into my room, I was greeted with a foul, unbearable smell that made it difficult to relax or sleep. The breakfast was another disappointment—stale, low-quality food with an extremely poor selection. It was clear that no care was taken to provide fresh or even edible options. This hotel completely lacks the basics of hospitality, and I would strongly urge others to avoid it at all costs. The management needs a serious overhaul if they want to salvage what little reputation they might have left.

The room was dirty, the staff inept. I had another room reserved for guests coming later, and they couldn't find the reservation, making me go down to the front desk twice, even though the two rooms were booked together. In the meantime, they kept calling to ask if I was happy with my stay, which was disruptive.

PLEASE AVOID - BAD WIFI AND TOO LOUD

Please do not stay here. The Wifi doesn't work well in any room (they moved me and it was no better). Rooms on one half of the hotel are way too loud, regardless of the floor number.

- Arrived at the hotel at 4:30 am and was asked if I wanted to drink anything and then was charged 500rs for a small glass of juice. (That’s how about how much it costs for me to go to the airport to hotel) - Then was told to come back at 7 am to check in. I checked in at 7 am and then was charged an early check in fee when I was not told that prior. - I received a dirty room with yellow walls, shower head and other parts of the shower head that were dirty. - The room was cold. Thermostat and heater didn’t work. - I was charged extra for a transportation service that I was not aware of and I never got my money back. - terrible customer service from DMs (deputy managers)
