It was very easy to get to Pride Plaza from the Airport. The staff was super helpful. Some areas if the hotel can be renewed and updated, but a great location and good value.

Pride Plaza - A February Experience

I have had excellent experiences during my previous three stays at this hotel, and while this visit was overall good, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. I arrived early for check-in around 11:30 AM and was informed that my room was being prepared, with an expected availability by 1:00 PM. However, the room was not ready at that time and was still unavailable at 2:15 PM. Additionally, the in-room internet was not functional upon check-in and took over two hours to be resolved. Dinner at the main restaurant was enjoyable, with a diverse and well-curated menu offering a range of cuisines. However, the presentation of the printed menu did not reflect the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The folder with punch-holed, majority of pages torn and small print gave an impression inconsistent with the otherwise refined dining experience. A more polished menu presentation would enhance the guest experience and encourage patrons to explore the à la carte offerings. That said, the staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable experience. With a few refinements, this hotel can continue to deliver the high standards I have come to appreciate from my previous visits.

Staff was very corteous at the time of check in, He had upgraded my room but 1 thing i didnt like about , when i requested for shuttle service from hotel to the airport to other desk person in night time itself , she refused and said you will have to call in morning prior 15/20 mins of ur check out time and if its available thn only they will provide shuttle services at the Airport . i had very early morning flight . I dont appreciate Limbo kind of situation.. proper shuttle service arrangements must be there ..most of the time people prefer staying into hotels closer to the Airpot just because of easy shuttle services for drop off and pick up . Other thn that i had very pleasant stay at the hotel .i'll definitely recommend my friends n family to stay at this Hotel on their Visit to Delhi .😊
