Room was clean and functional and free airport transfers were very handy. Downsides were very expensive coffee shop and outside area was very noisy being directly on a very busy main road but that is to be expected of a hotel close to the airport

Ate food at the Thai restaurant and the Pad Kha soup was expensive and unappetizing. It was full of lemon grass stalks and galagan root. I got both in every bite. When I pointed it out, they said this is how it is supposed to be. I’ve had the soup many times before at various places but never this bad. At the end of my not so good meal, they wouldn’t let me charge it to my room. They had to send someone with me to my room to collect the payment. Since when did this rule start?

The property is in great need of renovation. There was a stale smell of cigarette smoke on our floor and the carpets were very dirty. The spa was under renovation, but I did have an excellent deep tissue massage with Geepta. Transport to the airport was difficult to book when it should have been very easy.
