Enjoyed great hospitality from room services and management. They were very helpful and honest. Room was very big and nice and clean for my family with 4 person. Enjoyed great tastey complementary breakfast. Ordered and enjoyed lunch & dinner though room services and it was very tasty with reasonable price. Manager Suvam is very nice and honest gentleman. I left one bag with laptop, important document and money by mistake in reception area while checking out of the hotel. He called me when we were almost in New Delhi Airport and returned my bag. I offered him some money as I was so happy but he declined it! Such a gentleman! He even was ready to come to the airport to return my lost bag!! I am very thankful to him. I wish to meet him during next visit to India.

Very long way out from Dheli. 1hr taxi which gives a good chance to see the city. Streets around hotel very small and taxis (unless) Uber will struggle to find.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

The people were lovely. The room was beyond dirty. There were things on the wall that I don’t even wanna know what they were. There were stains all over the sheets and comforter it smelled like smoke dingy filthy. You need to take bleach to the whole place, but the people were wonderful.

Property was of lower quality than advertised. They had sold out at a property we had reserved a room and took us to another building. Very much not a 3 star hotel. The area of Dehli is not bad and there other hotels nearby that are fine. Also there were bugs in the room.

Room was small but clean. Rate charged for the room was more in proportion to size of room. Maybe because it was near to airport and in aerocity. Food was really nice. Me and my family enjoyed the food . Also, it is very conveniently located near the airport. Overall it was a good stay

Very friendly staff. I came from The Netherlands to India and spent nights in delhi in this hotel after arrival and before departure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room clean and good vaue for money. Helped me get to airport in time. Also brought some snacks to the room. And bottled water. Left my luggage there for a day and they took good care of it.

The property was equipped with every appliances. It was well decorated, cosy and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The balcony view was a cherry on top. Literally loved the place, will visit soon!
