The people were lovely. The room was beyond dirty. There were things on the wall that I don’t even wanna know what they were. There were stains all over the sheets and comforter it smelled like smoke dingy filthy. You need to take bleach to the whole place, but the people were wonderful.

Clean, large room with a large LED TV and spacious bathroom. The staff was polite and attentive. I had a floor heater brought in because of the cold temperature.

It’s our second stay here. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable, and assist with anything. This time, we only stayed one night, and were upgraded to the Super Deluxe double room, which was amazing!!! Really big and clean. A welcome retreat after a long trip. Conveniently ten metres from main bazaar They also have a travel agent next to reception who is happy to help

Property was of lower quality than advertised. They had sold out at a property we had reserved a room and took us to another building. Very much not a 3 star hotel. The area of Dehli is not bad and there other hotels nearby that are fine. Also there were bugs in the room.
