el hotel no es de 4 estrellas a lo maximo 1 nos tuvimos que mover a otro hotel. no tenian papel de baño en los cuertos y cuando lo pedimos nos dijeron que no tenian por lo cual tuvimos que salir a buscar donde comprar a las 2 de la madrugada. nos movimos a otro hotel sin importar que se perderia la otra noche. no es un hotel digno las fotos son muy engañosas
