We had an absolutely grand experience at the Leela Ambience. Property is just as depicted in pictures and more. Breakfast buffet is very lavish with 7 live kitchens. Staff is the most courteous I have seen and accommodating. Location is great being next to the Ambience mall. Well bathrooms have NO privacy. The blinds are outside and the doors are see through . WEIRD. Would not recommend for family with kids- ok for a single person going there for corporate work

On Friday night the hotel had a wedding party or something in the building. The music was so loud that I could not sleep even on the 5th floor. I had to wake up at 4am for my international flight. It was not a good night. I really like the hotel and other nights were fine. But this one night made it really bad.

i was running late for meetings and needed to leave at 8am and wanted to have some food packed so that i could have it enroute but was advised that i can only take away fruit and not cooked items like paranthas 😳. My room rate included breakfast. Surprised that the restaurant staff will only serve breakfast if you eat in!!

We absolutely love staying at The Leela and have been coming here for the past 10 years whenever we visit India. The staff are truly amazing - so kind, friendly, and always welcoming with beautiful smiles.
