It’s an underrated hotel which is actually far better than Radisson or Holiday Inn in Delhi. I had a 4 day stay here with my family and the infrastructure and service is much better than many hotels in Delhi. It’s going to be my first choice on my next trip to Delhi for sure.

The room was dirty, dust everywhere. And the room lights did not work. Also the safe deposit box was not attached to the wall- someone can just take the whole box- how secure is that ?!

Excellent team of professionals facilitating a warm and welcome environment. Enjoyed the vast selection of food items for breakfast as well as dinner. The chefs are to be commended for the delicious and diverse fairs. The servers are very attentive and ensure ease of service at every meal. This applies to both Ssence and Sampan, the two restaurants on the property.
