We were looking for a reasonably priced place that took dogs near the Delray tennis center and Atlantic Ave - this was the best option and happy we chose. Convenient, clean and comfortable for all of us plus Laura was extremely responsive to all of our needs/questions. Parking onsite, playground across the street, grocery store with in 2 miles and if you don’t want to walk to shops on Atlantic - easy Uber ride or plenty of parking on/near Atlantic.

Good for pets
Convenient location. Doors could use some WD40 so they would not squeak and disturb neighbors. Bees are all over the clover in yard and dog enclosure so should be noted in case of allergies. Dogs enjoyed easy walks around the neighborhood.

Fine for a quick stay
It's more of a basic apartment than cottage. I was a little disappointed in the distance/neighborhood to Atlantic Ave and the beach. You could walk there for eating and shopping, but it would be a long walk if you were carrying chairs etc to the beach. The neighborhood isn't what I expected. Not a fully stocked kitchen but that didn't affect our stay. Delray is a great city and we didn't spend much time in the apartment so it was fine for our short visit.

Not as advertised - small, musty and terrible area.
We did not complete our stay - very strong smoke/musty odor. Sketchy neighborhood. Park across the street but no dogs allowed. No washer/dryer or dishwasher. Kitchen was very small and not equipped for cooking. Overall, I would say the description was VERY generous when compared to the reality. The unit did appear clean.
