I love this place. I stay here as much as I can when I come into town. Easy access. Polite staff. The beach is across the street. Atlantic avenue about 2 blocks where there are lots of places to eat and night life. It is very peaceful and quiet.

Overall we had a wondeful stay at Dover House, unfortunately the bedroom didnt have air conditioning like the rest of the apartment. It was great to have a fully self catering kitchen. Also very convenient that we could leave unclean linen and towels oitside the door which were picked up and replaced with clean laundry very quickly. The office was extremely helpful for anything we needed. Also being so close to the beach was an extra perk! Thank you!

It was my second trip and I was mostly satisfied. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were prompt and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The pull out sofa was not as comfortable but did the job. Everything in the unit worked well. The laundry facilities were functional. The one thing that slightly soured my visit was some pretty significant peeling on the ceiling that looked like pieces of plaster were going to drop anytime. The room price per night was significant and I was slightly disappointed in the condition of the ceiling. Other than that, I would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic! perfect location, right across from the beach , walking distance to the Avenue. Communication was on point. I asked for a clean towels and within five minutes they were at our door. I would say it’s a property for adults more than children. Or it might’ve been just the time of the year I found it to be many retirees. can’t wait to return
