Great location
Had relatives nearby but was nice to come 'home" to sleep, make some snacks, have some space to ourselves. Nice walk to the beach ~30 min; less to Atlantic Ave shops and restaurants. Just would like a mirror besides the bathroom half mirror above the sink Thanks ~Folks from Colorado

Good Place!
The unit is fully remodeled, gorgeous & comfortable! The AC units are on one side of the condo, so the side by the bathroom and kitchen has a tough time cooling down. It was rainy while I was there and there was no inside door mat or shoe tray to be able to wipe off my shoes/take them off. The neighborhood was a little “sketchy” but it was quiet. Overall good!

Cute little place!
I went here for a business meeting and brought my mom with me. It was very close to the town of Delray, with a short drive to the beach. Perfect for the couple of nights we stayed!

This property has potential to be pleasing. The kitchen and bathroom is updated nicely. Now the floor and walls were dirty. I would say if they paint the walls and clean the floor good it would be more accommodating. Also, bed sheets did not appear to be washed. Overall it’s a great location, close to the Ave. For the price I was not happy, as You are basically paying double with service fees and all.

Beautiful walk to the beach and town from here. The house itself was the perfect size for us and was updated and clean which is important. Host was super nice and accommodating as well! Amazing stay

If you don’t mind walking, ubering, or biking, this is a good location.
Easy to rent. It’s off the beaten path. It’s affordable. Bring beach towels and extra bath towels.
