Loved the views and going for a swim in the Rappahanak. Very comfortable bed and room. The host is incredibly nice and the stay was relaxed and enjoyable.

Beautiful sunset

This place was wonderful! Amazing view over the River. Our kids enjoyed fishing, crabbing and swimming from the dock and beach. We could see porpoises going by which we enjoyed spotting. The sunset was beautiful and watching the storm roll in was great too. Restaurants had really good food. The Galley, Deltaville raw and tap bar were great and close by. The setting was quiet and peaceful and you wouldn’t have to leave. For those who boat… We took our boat over to the Black Duck across the river where you can tie up and go eat. We went over to Gwynn’s island. There is a beach area to anchor at to swim, hang out and The Hole in the wall is another great restaurant you can tie up at to eat. Overall it was a great spot and really nice people! Brad was great at answering any of my questions.

"This Place"

If you are a "Lover " of peace having quiet time to reflect and dismantle stress; this is the place. Where you can see the sun rise, watch the white tail rabbit that visits, hear the water and sleep in a secured environment. This is the place.My sister and I celebrated my birthday there. We wanted a place that we could fish and crab. The house is clean and well-kept with all the amenities you would need. The town is small; one grocery store (IGA) but a lot of mom-and pop shops of variety. There is a bait store there as well.Yes, we caught some fish and a few crabs. Most were too small to keep but that was not important. To close, the owner who I communicated by phone was very pleasant and accommodating. We asked for an earlier arrival and he made efforts to accommodate us. However, we understood if this was not feasible. It was his attitude of making us feel welcome.Yes, without any reservation we plan to come back next year. If you want ro relax and take in God's beauty Without disruptions; This is the PLACE!
