I got charged twice for my stay . When I asked the front desk about it they said they do that to everyone I explained it was prepaid and the lady who attended was not helpful at all. When I checked out the gentleman that did help said they were wrong in charging me again when I checked in and that he would try to refund the second charge. We asked for a non smoking room and was changed to a smoke room . Not the cleanest we could see hairs from The previous people who stayed in the room and there was dust everywhere . The remote for the tv had no batteries so we couldn’t watch tv also the mini fridge and the tv use one power outlet so either you can use the tv or the minifrdge or the microwave but only one at a time maybe invest in a power outlet for more than one appliance. Breakfast was a joke at this point why offer free breakfast

Had no housekeeping staff during day shift. When we arrived at 4:00pm, we had to wait about 2 hours for a room to be cleaned. Property looks very tired and dated, but it was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. There is a decent Italian restaurant within easy walk.

Had booked a room for one nite for a friend but he had an emergency and was unable to stay. Called to explain situation to not run my card thru and clerk said ok. Next day my card was run thru and had to dispute with my bank causing me to close my acct. and replace my card.

Cuando llegamos, fueron muy amables al recivirnos. El cuarto en el que nos toco estaba limpio y comodo. En la mañana fuimos por nuestro desayuno gratis, era algo muy basico pero rico. El unico pero, seria que la alberca no estaba abierta. Era un hotel basico, limpio y comodo.
