The house features a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, satellite TV with access to the covered glass terrace. The modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker (Silvercrest), water kettle, and refrigerator with freezer. Next to the kitchen, there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both bedrooms. Across from the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower. There is a furnished covered terrace with a barbecue. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Distance to the beach 100m, shopping and bars/restaurants nearby, and Dénia city center 5km away.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

schönes haus, sehr gute lage
Haben die Lage, den Wintergarten und Terrasse genossen und waren sehr gern indem Haus. Heizung wäre im relativ kalten Frühling sinnvoll, das Haus war wirklich ausgekühlt.
