The apartment is completely exterior and modern, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Direct access to the fine sand beach awaits you, in a quiet area with plenty of privacy. Ideal for families looking to relax without giving up services: restaurants, supermarkets and public transport are very close by. Denia is only a few kilometres away, connected by regular bus line.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, television and sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The American kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything you need for cooking. You will also find a washing machine in the kitchen for your convenience.
