Stunning home in Jesús Pobre with sauna

In the middle of a nature reserve lies this rustic vacation home, furnished in Spanish style. From the terrace you can enjoy the view over the olive trees, pine trees, flowers to the mountains. The property is extremely quiet as the location is paradisiacal. The vacation can be enjoyed by families with children, or families with friends in the middle of a biological garden with a pet. The house consists of two levels and includes on the lower floor a separate apartment with its own entrance. The equipment with infrared heating makes even a stay in winter pleasant. For those interested in golf, there is the Club La Sella at the Hotel Marriott, about 2 km away. On foot, you can spend the evening in typical Spanish restaurants in the tranquil village of Jesús Pobre, not far from the famous Montgo mountain. In this lovely village you can enjoy the famous antique and producer market "Mercat del Riurau" on Sundays. To the famous cities Denia and Javea with many cultural and culinary possibilities it is only about 6km. Baby crib on request and with extra charge. Arrival on weekdays can be organized on request.

Séjour Jesus pobre

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, les propriétaires sont accueillants de bons conseils et discrets. La piscine est extraordinaire tout comme le jardin. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Vervelende na- smaak

Het huis is erg oud, maar alles is aanwezig. Het uitzicht is prachtig en een heerlijk zwembad. Mega veel muggen. Eigenaar woont ook op het terrein als hij er is, dit was ons niet bekend. Diverse zaken zijn eigenlijk aan vernieuwing toe, badkamers en keuken. Helaas was het huis niet schoon bij aankomst. (Wel betaald voor schoonmaak) De vloer in de keuken plakte, schimmel in de badkamers. Het beddengoed ( extra voor betaald) stonk en moesten we opnieuw wassen. De hele woning rook muf en de huiskamer stonk naar asbak. Verbruik water en energie gaat op rekening achteraf, maar je betaalt per dag een voorschot vooraf voor het hele verblijf. Wij weten tot nu niet hoeveel energie we verbruikt hebben. De eigenaar kon geen bewijs overleggen en kwam zomaar met een dagelijks verbruik, dat in onze ogen extreem hoog was. Dit resulteerde in woorden/ ruzie. Was erg vervelend. We hebben uiteindelijk een gedeelte van de borg teruggekregen, maar voelen ons nog steeds opgelicht. Bij stroomuitval door onweer heeft de eigenaar goed geholpen.

Je fuis depuis des années les ananices ou les propriétaires sont péchés de l habitation e location sur cette annonce aucune précision et que déception de voir que le roprietaite vivait dans la propriété il re trait tous les jours d a s’ a habitation c est un scandale un gâchis je ne réserverai pis jamais sur votre site
