It has two bedrooms, one bedroom for two people with double bed (bed of 150 cm) and another with a bunk bed of 90 cm. There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub), a large open kitchen and a bright living room, and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The penthouse is located in a complex with attractive swimming pools, garden with shaded areas, children's pool and tennis courts.

Appartement pas adapté à la chaleur Estivale de Dénia, car sans climatisation

15 jours passés dans cet appartement l'an dernier, invivable, sans climatisation, les températures sont intenables, impossibilité de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes a cause des moustiques et du bruit estival, le propriétaire devait installer la climatisation cet hiver, mais au regard de l'annonce rien n'a changé. Le séjour avec un enfant de 18 mois a été infernal. appartement exposé plein sud avec de grandes terrasses, la température monte très vite et les ventilateurs sont largement insuffisants pour rafraichir l'atmosphère

Rien a dire. Vacances super

L'appartement est très bien situé et équipé. Le centre de Denia est très proche. On peut s'y rendre à pied. La propriétaire est super sympa. Elle nous a donné de très bon s tyaux.
