We enjoyed coffee in the closed in porch and star gazing on the back deck. The location is great and within walking distance to Sea Street Beach, the Wee Packet, the Ocean Bar, The Sailing Cow (our favorite), The Doghouse, Wolfie’s, and many other great hot spots. We’ve been renting with Martha Murray Real Estate for years now, and they are always so efficient, helpful, and organized making renting in the Cape a breeze. Dennis Port stay

Upon arrival the owner happily greeted us. The house was clean, well appointed and comfortable. I chose this property mainly because it has 2 bedrooms and air conditioning. I was not disappointed. You're within walking distance of Sundae School (a must stop) and lovely beaches.
