The staff are friendly, I only stayed for few years but this hotel needs help, it’s sooo dirty and outdated

The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms we have booked over 9 nights expecting linen changes every 2 nights as per normal hotel procedures , however this never happened . The housekeepers will only change the bath towels and wouldn’t even do a touch up clean in if the bathrooms which could use a deep clean & good scrub with bleach . 3. The bed linens & bath linens were horrible and needs urgent replacement . The towels were as thin as paper . The blankets were torn at the bottom but you wouldn’t notice them as they were tucked in . The sheets were grayish and didn’t smell good . 4. The public toilets near restaurant gets dirty quickly often smells whenever we pass by heading to our rooms . We didn’t see anyone regularly cleaning them . This is something that needs to be looked into as this is a public space .

\this is only ok for one night stop over know where to hang or put clothes not even much space for suit case, next to main road so noise rooms very small but clean

The sink is jam up. Can’t brush yr teeth there. The water Kenot escape from sink. Ok.. service is good. Very near to pelabuhan sanur if u plan to take a boat the next day. I recommend due to near.

Small hotel with a good size pool and close to the north end of Sanur beach. Easy walk to everything you will need and price is right.
