Great location, plenty of eating options on the property and nearby. Good breakfast buffet. Massage reasonably priced and very good. Lovely staff. Close to a shopping mall with cinema, restaurants, fun zone. Large gardens, 3 pools and lovely rooms. Really enjoyed our stay here. Was pleasantly surprised as the pictures don’t do it justice.

We started in room 502. The entry door was broken and had gaps I could stick my finger through. We were moved to room 527. For $330 a night the room was sub-standard. A grotty stained shower curtain separates the toilet and shower. The drains stunk like sewer and an air freshener was hidden behind the toilet that smelt like urinal cakes (bad). Many broken and loose floor tiles. Mould in shower. We ran out of tissues on day 2/6 and there were not replaced for the rest of our stay. I would question if the towels (room and pool) were washed. We were given very dirty (brown stuff stuck to them) on several occasions. Staff happily swapped them over. The grounds, location, food, pool bar, pools however amazing. Staff were great! Service was slow at the beach restaurant. Overall I would say compared to the accomodation we come from at semeyak this was poor value at over twice the price. Rooms need a lot of work.

This property was amazing, we have no complaints at all. Loved the spa that was particularly special and very professional. The food was amazing there if I had any complaints it would be that the prices are more premium than out along the Sanur beach seafront. Saying that it was lovely 😊

Amazing 9 nights at Segara, beautiful people, paradise gardens, lots of pools to choose from, best beach front in Sanur. Spacious room with patio, perfect comfy bed, excellent shower pressure & hot water & daily housekeeping. Recommend making sure breakfast is included as too expensive otherwise. Very hard to fault anything. So friendly all the time.
