We had a lovely stay at this villa. Set in stunning gardens and almost like being a bubble to the outside world. The staff were so friendly and helpful and never too far away to help with anything you need. The chef was fab and the ladies that help keep the villa clean and tidy were so lovely. The villa is a little tired and does need some tlc however. The kitchen is very basic and the sink quite smelly. The location of the villa is ok but the street down to the beach is quite interesting. Lots of dogs and no footpath. The manager seemed to have trouble organising trips for us so perhaps best you organise these yourself.

You simply can not ask for more if staying in Sanur. Great staff, amazing daily breakfast with anything you can think off and only walking minutes to the beach. Thanks for a great stay

The room is clean and tidy. Housekeepers make it clean all the time. Rooms are soo wide and I think it's enough for 8-10 ppl. Not only equipment but also Putra, the owner of this villa is sooo much helpful!! He did really great job, and we can't thank you enough. Also, the Staffs. They are well trained, the breakfast is very delicious, and serurity man always welcomed us. VERY safety. Thank you all!

街中の住宅地の中にある完全に区分けされた静かなヴィラです。

家族で利用させて頂きましたが、非常に快適に過ごせました。スタッフの対応も気持ちよく、特に最終日は夜便でしたが夕方まで荷物を預かって頂き、また、シャワーも使わせて頂き快適に帰路につくことが出来ました。

家族7人で5泊しました。 チェックインの日が娘の誕生日で、誕生日ケーキは諦めていたのに、ヴィラからケーキのサプライズがありました。娘には嬉しすぎる思い出ができました！ 食事は朝食を1度だけお願いしました。 外食の方が安かったです。 毎日の掃除等管理は素晴らしいです！ ただ、シャワールームの排水がよくなかったです。 毎日、プライベートプールに気兼ねなくはいれます。 ビーチまでは少し離れています。 スタッフも親切で、リラックスできるヴィラでよかったです。 また、次回も利用したいと思います。
