UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The house was still being cleaned when i got there. The yard was incredibly overgrown. There was sticker bushes all of the front and back yards. This property is a pet friendly home, but considering the overgrown back yard was fullof nothing but weeds and stickers and there was a whole in the fence,

This is a very nice home. Super clean and updated. It was perfect for the short stay for my family. Communciation with the owner was excellent. We attended a family wedding in an adjacent town and Dallas.There is a lower income area very near by including the Denton County law enforcement complex and Jail. Just be aware of your sorroundings when utilizing the town's ammenities. The college area and shopping areas are very nice and extensive.

Meeting family

We were very surprised and happy with how the house was for us. Very clean and spacious. The backyard was good for my boys to play. The kitchen had just enough stuff for us to make meals (I only made breakfast). We brought my elderly dad down to see his brother and it was a little difficult for him in the bathroom without some bars to hold on to, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again with our family!
