Staff was very helpful, Dwendolyn in housekeeing help me alot. I arrive before my room was ready, and I mean several hours before, had to be at an event in 1 hour. Cleanliness is less than poor. One night, when we got back to sleep, our bed was not done, other day, there were no hand towels, pieces of trash were found in carpet, every day, other day in shower, there was hair, left in the morning. People is very nice, but ineficient.
