Great location for visiting DU! Easy walk to shops for coffee, ice cream, restaurants, etc. The house has a fantastic backyard to relax in or play some of the many outdoor games they make available! Spacious enough for the four of us. Would book this place again!

Checked up on us regularly for leading up to and after the stay, Home was conveniently located right across the street from a grocery store which made it easy for us.I would recommend this home and do plan on using it again my next trip to Denver.

Highly recommend! This house is in a perfect location. Grocery store and Liquor store literally across the street and easy walking distance to breweries, restaurants and shopping! Cute house

We had a great stay in this older home. Super walkable to to restaurants and coffee shops. It was great to have the travel crib and highchair for our baby (tho it should be noted the house is not at all baby-proofed so be on the alert) We enjoyed the backyard every day, and the little games provided. Kitchen cabinets were rather dishelved but have everything you would need- lots of choices of cookware for meals and baking. Great coffee maker and electric water kettle, super nice refrigerator/freezer. Check in process was easy and instructions were detailed and very clear. Nice hosts!
