Not happy with breakfast.

The thermostat in my room didn’t work and it was rather chilly by the morning. Also there was a sewer like odor coming from somewhere. I did let the front desk know about this when I left. The breakfast options were terrible so they probably shouldt bother. Waffles, bread and biscuts to toast, some pastries that looked like they were a day old and 2 cereals. No eggs, sausage, yogurt, or fruit of any kind. And Fox News was running in the background. Propaganda as far as I am concerned, and is not neutral. They could have had a local station on instead.

Very hard to find available parking. Room had an odor and not that clean. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was terrible, had biscuits and no gravy, had hot cocoa but no hot water. Shower had no pressure. Very disappointed

Occasionally, we could hear the people moving around upstairs. Aesthetically, one of the paintings over the beds is missing. Overall, the property was nice, and pretty quiet, and definitely convenient to get to the airport.

Disappointing Service and Rooms

When we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation and would not honor our PAID receipt. Even when hotels.com called them, they would not give us a room. It was late, the baby was crying, so we just rebooked at the desk- and then they wouldn’t honor the price we had gotten online. When we finally got to our rooms, my parent’s room’s toilet was clogged and our room had no soap.
