The property was adequate for our stay, but we encountered some issues upon arrival. The cleanliness level was noticeably low, which was a significant concern for us. We notified the host promptly about this. After some communication, they offered us half of the cleaning fee as compensation, which amounted to approximately 73 on our 900 stay.Additionally, we found that basic amenities like coffee were not sufficiently stocked, requiring us to go out and purchase our own. Based on our experience, it seemed that the property's readiness and ongoing care might be inconsistent, which impacted our overall impression. Future guests should be aware of these points.

Cozy and Pet Friendly
The location suits us. We found the neighborhood quiet and conveniently located to pretty much everything you'd want or need with a great big backyard that was perfect for letting my 3 dogs run and play. We'd definitely stay again. The host Jeff, was very accommodating and answered messages immediately. Well done

Lovely Stay in Arvada
Really enjoyed our stay here! Super convenient location near all the spots on the West side we wanted to hit. Grateful for a pet friendly spot so our fur babies could join in the fun. Don’t hesitate to stay at Jeff’s place.

Perfect cozy stay
First off, the theme of this bnb was so cute, it was COW THEMED! My two toddler girls loved fining all the cows and making sure we knew what noise they made. This house was the perfect size for our short stay of a week. The backyard was amazing for our dog to run around and get all of his energy out. There was even a nice setup for us to sit out back and have a few of our meals while watching the girls run around with our dog. Also the linens smelled AMAZING, it was so nice slipping into a huge king sized bed that first night to such a fresh scent. There was also a AMAZING park right down the street to walk our dog with and amazing playground. Very clean and lovely stay. Would highly recommend!

Poor experience overall
Well to start your App sucks! Trying to communicate with host was frustrating. Way too many places for them to Manage efficiently. Had issues with the stove and microwave. It took me contacting RBO directly to get our host to respond! We couldn’t cook dinner. No way can you fit more than 6 people in this place. Way smaller than advertised. Crap neighborhood with seedy people walking in front of the house on the regular. The back yard is a parking lot. Literally all stones.

updated home in an established neighborhood
This is an established neighborhood on a busy street. House is convenient to the highway, stores and places to eat. The inside has been updated and refreshed and is clean. We really needed a place to sleep, that allowed our dog, while we visited with family and friends and the kingsized bed was warm and comfortable. There is only one bathroom but the shower pressure was really good and there was enough hot water. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked for everyday use.

Clean and Comfortable near Old Town Arvada
Property was clean, comfortable and centrally located in Arvada, Colorado. It was just right for my wife and I and our Labrador retriever. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property if you are staying in the Arvada area.
