We enjoyed our stay here because of the location, its so close to everything and the fact there was parking. A few issues though, The bed though is not comfortable in the main room at all. My husband is 6'2 240, it did not accommodate his size, the pillows just fall between the headboard all night long, so the bed and headboard really need to be updated. The internet wasn't working so we had to use the hotspotour so we had to use hotspot to watch the tv. Something's wrong with the TV, it just shuts off at random times. Found a zyn pouch stuck to the table in the room.

The rental is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- just off Broadway where you can walk to so many stores/restaurants and bars. The owner responds to emails very quickly. Only downside is the stairs to the entrance. Definitely will stay there again!

Can’t say enough about how well appointed this place was. Not only was it updated and clean but every detail was covered to make you feel at home. My cousin and I went to Denver for a concert. The two bedroom one bath was perfect for us. Super cute place! Numerous restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend BurnDown. It was so good that we ate there twice. Host responded immediately. Highly recommend this property!

Great neighborhood near Downtown

This is an amazing property in a hip Denver neighborhood. The host was very responsive to a minor problem, fixed right away. Pretty steep stairs so not for anyone with mobility issues. Would absolutely stay here again. it was fixed.
