The hotel was nice, breakfast was good. I would have gave a batter rating if the hot tub wasnt out of service. I booked this hotwl for the hot tub so disappointment as i could have saved money im sure

Lousy Basics

Upon check in was told getting w/c accessible and could not change room due to full house. This was at 15 minutes before check in. Shower floor appeared dirty due to sticky film coming off and a big hair on shower floor. Shower handle did not work. Shower in evening could not find a way to get warm water and definitely at no time was there any pressure. By turning shower handle in a.m. did get some warm water. Could not hang up hand held shower. No place to put soap. Bed was extremely uncomfortable as though the springs were old.

The front desk employees were so kind and welcoming. The 1st room we were given didn’t lock so they moved us. The rooms were large but just not super clean. Stains on the comforters, there was something on the wall (housekeeping obviously ignored it, it was big), the bottom of the tub was brown and the curtains were filthy. The hot tub was broken. The pool was good size but also dirty (looked like sand in the bottom but obviously no sand anywhere near). Be careful the floor around the pool is also a so slippery. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast and the ladies cleaning kept it very clean. Location is good, you are close to a lot of food and shops.

The check in was fine. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had fruit loops behimd the door in the bedroom and the sheets fell.off the bed multiple times. The barhroom wasnt very clean either. Wont stay there again.

Eh, they were friendly

I had a bad experience in the hotel room where I found a bug in the bathroom. They helped me by getting another room. I was left with a bad feeling about the whole experience.

Do not stay here, that is if you’re allowed too. I have stayed at this hotel several time over the past year and have witness the staff especially the management argue and belittle customers and staff. I stayed here only because of the proximity to the things I had to do and work. Today I went to book in and they told me that my reservation was not paid for even though it had been deducted out of my account. I tried to show that I had paid for my stay already but the manager (Jackie) would not even let me talk. I was told I would have to pay for my stay again or go somewhere else. When I voiced my disappointed and frustration, I was told that I no longer had the option to stay there because I was now put a list and not allowed to stay there. I told the manager that was inappropriate. I was then forced to find another hotel and pay another place. I have had to dispute the charge with my bank from this place, as they still charged me for a room that I did not stay in. I also currently have a case open with Choice Hotel headquarters for her behavior and the way I was treated by the manager Jackie.
