after checking in the room looked nice but we had bought snacks& drinks for our family & noticed the fridge didnt work. $80 in cold food& drinks wasted, Complained to the front desk (which we paid extra for the upgraded room to have microwave, couch, fridge, etc) Front desk said she couldnt do anything. then later we discovered the toilet doesnt not flush unless we manually removed the lid & filled it up with water. Useless to complain when they didnt help us with the fridge issue ,so I didnt bother

State here mid February for a few days to visit a friend at the hospital there New is perfect, probably about a 15 minute drive but close to the freeway and easy enough to get around. Nice and quiet,killer pool can’t complain.

We had to change room , the 1st room the enter door didn’t lock, bath tub tile is off need fixing , 2nd room bath tub tile is completely, electrical plugs don’t work by the bed. Seen lots of coach roach on the counter when you turn light on. Rooms needs maintenance. This place was our 1st choice every year. Breakfast was good.

Kind of run down. Elevator had panel packaging tapped over. Asked at the front desk for more towels. They said they didn't have any dry and that they'd call when they had some. They never called. There was a fight in the hallway of our floor that result in the police getting called and people yelling profanities. Did not feel safe to let my kids go out of the room without me.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Room was clean. Breakfast and seating area was clean. Nice breakfast options. There was the smell of marijuana in the elevator and especially upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor (where we stayed), but it was not in our room and did not bother us once in our room. Room was spacious and perfect for our family size (6).
