Clean, quiet and used the laundry, too. The freezer where we bought frozen Snickers wasn't running well as the bars were very soft. The microwave at breakfast did not run properly and had to heat sandwiches in room.

The airport shuttle is advertised as included in the stay on Expedia. Upon arrival they informed it was $10. It was only after providing proof from the Expedia site the waived the fee. However, the made it seem like they were giving an allowance in doing so. It still shows that the shuttle is included.
