The location was convenient for us as it is just off the Freeway. Made the commute faster. The hotel serves Continental breakfast included already in the hotel price. This was a plus for us. There many restaurants close to the hotel. You can just walk to the restaurant. The hotel is renovating the whole hotel. Our stay at the hotel was great. Would come back again if we are in the areas. Front desk staff were friendly.

Front desk was a respectful young man. Hotel was super busy and the front desk staff worked very hard to make sure I was taken care of. I was happy with the bed and the surrounding restaurants. Good place, will book again.

This is definitely my go-to hotel! The staff is very welcoming and the room itself is great, no complaints! Very clean and comfortable plus with breakfast included you really canā€™t beat the price. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was disappointing to say the least. 1) the pool and gym were closed 2) room service never came so every time I showered, I had to reuse the same wet towel that I had been given at the beginning of my stay 3) there were ants all over the floor 4)The front door screamed every time it opened There are plenty of other similar priced hotels that wouldā€™ve been worth the longer drive in my opinion

Hotel is in very rough shape

This hotel is in very rough shape. My room had a broken window held together with duct tape, broken tiles in the bathroom and a nasty piece of duct tape holding the toilet seat together. Nasty.

Spent an additional $40 to check in early and room was still not ready. There was always only one person checking people in and it took forever. One of my room keys didnā€™t work. The pool wasnā€™t working. I asked for additional blanket and pillows as the pillows were very flat and only two per bed but never got them. There was no hair dryer or iron. I tried to shower at night and there was no hot water left. Overall, this place needs lots of work and updates.

This Hotel was more like a Motel. The room was small, the floor was stained. The bathroom shower had paint drops and splatters all over it. The shower door did not work right and almost came down on top of me when I tried to open it. The person checking us in was not at all knowledgeable of what he was doing. The first room we were put in the bathroom smelled so bad that we had to be moved into a new room. But then we couldn't even get in that room and had to be moved a second time. I was very disappointing in this stay.

The ONLY good thing was the staff member who tried to help us set up the TV so my kids could get some sleep. Gang members were the only other type of people up and down the halls. There's only so much parking so if you arrive in the evening you have to park in the back wjere there is limited lighting and no security cameras.. theres a whole little community of druggies/addicts who occupy the front of the hotel next door. The door to access the back of the property is broken. So you have to walk to the side or the front of the property to gain access to the building. Floors and bedding were disgusting. Open electrical wiring exposed on socket behind night stand. Note we had a 9 month n a 2 year old with us. We will definitely not be back and that personally says a lot because i am a very understanding person. I know the economy is bad and staffing is limited everywhere. But this is definitely not a family friendly environment.

Booked online for a room that sleeps 5. Our room had 2 beds only... no couch, no chair, no room to even ask for a rollaway bed. Very tiny bathroom. We were only provided 2 towels (again... 5 people in this room). When we asked for more, they brought only 2. Streaming apps did not work on the TV. Noisy rolling cart above us in the middle of the night. People outside the hotel all night long. Breakfast was included, but it only offered yogurt cups, cereal and a single individual waffle maker. Won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend.

The stay was great! Highly recommend those who are coming the area. It is just off of the highway I-25, convenient location. The hotel is renovated completely. Offers breakfast which is very convenient when you are away from home from 7am till 9.30 good for late riser :) close proximity to nice steakhouse, olive garden, apple bee, Sprouts and Target. Front staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep like you are home to have a good rest. Would come back here again.

Unable to get enough towels (allowed 3 for two people) Not enough coffee, no coffee after breakfast, no lids for coffee, no coffee in room. Elevator was unsafe, did not work correctly. Elevator had gang writing scratched into it, glass was broken. Homeless people used motel to live in, had fights at night, stomping on top floor. Trash over overflowing in hallway-bags of trash stacked next to it. Our floor smelled of Marijuana. We asked for another towel, told only allowed 3. My mom and I have long hair and need a large towel our hair. I have fibromyalgia and use a large, flexible, ice pack. We were in town moving my mom out of her home, getting it ready to sell. I accidentally left my ice pack in the freezer in the hotel after check out. After we were done at her house, we went back to retreated it and were told, rudely, that it was too late because the room was rented out. No resolution provided. I would not suggest this motel for a stay. Not managed well at all. They donā€™t care about their guests.

Our Stay st Days Inn Thornton North

Prior to arrival I reached out to verify whether the room was for handicapped occupancy and while the agent confirmed the shower was a walkin type shower, no other ADA characteristics were present. The toilet was very low making it problematic for two in our party. In requesting a possible change to a more ADA room, was advised if one came available during our stay we would be contacted. That did not happen. While the room was spotless in terms of cleanliness, the window was broken and held in place with clear tape, making safety a concern being at ground level. There was also a small hole in the wall in the bathroom. In using the shower, we found the floor treacherous and slippery. Although there was a single grab bar on the back wall to help. Perhaps no slip mats could be a consideration. In our attempt to use the microwave provided in the room, found it unplugged with no outlet in reach so had to move it and unplug other devices to use it. Finally, we found it odd there was no phone in the room. Understanding everyone has cell phones today, perhaps an information card on how to contact the front desk could be considered for future guests.

The desk clerk who checked me in could have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk clerk who checked me out was very pleasant. I will stay here again if traveling from DIA.

The bathroom didnā€™t have anywhere to hang towels and it didnā€™t have a toilet paper holder. Towels had to just be tossed on the floor and the tp was balanced on the back of the toilet. Additionally, the pillows were very small. The tv only got a few channels.
