Great place for comfort and value

We had a staycation at Drury and had a wonderful time. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are wonderful and clean. The evening refreshments are full dinner for both adults and kids and the breakfast is a full buffet as well. Definitely a good value for the money.

Very noisy hotel. Seems like they simply can’t keep up with all the services they offer with all the guests they have because they’re too busy looking through the trash in your room. Water all over floors. Dirty pool and hot tub. I got a $250 charge for smoking that I will be charging back because when I asked for proof they sent me pictures of a takeout bag of food that we used as trash and found something that “looks like ashes” and claimed we smoked in the room. Initially I was mad but it’s comical at this point because they’re just making fraudulent charges and accusations. Don’t recommend it if you don’t like getting accused of things you didn’t do.

I brought my daughter and her friend for a "staycation" during spring break. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I asked for a fan for our room and the desk clerk found one for us right away. I also thought the dinner and breakfast offered was above standard. My issue with our stay was the layout of our "suite". I upgraded to a suite thinking I could have my own space while my daughter and her friend could enjoy the living space and pullout couch. The separate bedroom did not even have a window. I am not sure I have ever stayed in a hotel room without a window! The window in the living space was very small on a very large wall and it made the experience feel quite claustrophobic. The weather that evening was extreme Colorado wind and cold temperatures. The problem was there was a constant draft coming in from the window that hasn't been sealed properly or maybe once was but needs an update! The wind howled through the window and the air vent all night long and made it difficult for the girls to get any rest. I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms and he truthfully told me that the howling would be the same or worse in another area of the hotel. We had a nice stay overall but I might suggest a little bit of updating and weather proofing for this location!

The manager is top notch! He was busy working hard everyday of our stay from bartending to helping with breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained but could use some updating. We paid extra for a high floor room, however our room was very small with a tiny window. I was pretty disappointed about that, but the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The housekeeping service was fantastic for a 3 day stay. Most hotels don’t even do daily housekeeping anymore so I was pleased they offered this. The pool and hot tub were ok- the pool was pretty cold and the hot tub a bit murky. The breakfast was so-so. But the dinner drinks and food was fantastic. The location is also very convenient- very close to lots of restaurants, shopping, light rail, and fun things to do!

Such a great hotel. We questioned all the great ratings when we first drove up because it sits right next to the interstate and looks a little drab outside, but the inside was wonderful. Staff was fantastic, rooms were quiet/clean/comfortable, pool was clean and fun, and the food and drinks made it perfect for our family and friends.

Nice one night stay…didn’t have to go anywhere for dinner since they offered dinner for free there. Super nice perk. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Had a good nights sleep.
