The hotel is pretty nice and I found price to be fair. Unfortunatly, the A/C in our room didn't work and the bedroom TV didn't work. Considering we arrived late with dinner plans and left the next morning it wan't worth moving. I was surprised when we checked out they simply made note of it. Not sure what I expected, but sort of goes with customer service these days.

We made a reservation at this hotel in error. We meant to book at the Embassy suites Hilton, and instead somehow got booked here for one night. No comparison between the two hotels. This hotel was nice but rooms are very small and service slow at the Starbucks and the hotel restaurant. Stay at the Embassy suites if you want a great experience! The prices are about the same and at the embassy suites, you get free breakfast and a free social hour and a suite rather than a tiny room.

Be advised parking here for over night is 60.00. They dont twll you that. We would have stayed somewhere else. You also have to pay if you leave and come back. Its a racket

Location is great. Very convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. Both 16th Street and Larimer malls are nearby. Union Station is close as well.
