My stay was disappointing. I was charged $12 per night for parking even though I never had a car or used the parking lot once. I relied entirely on taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts for transportation, which the hotel could easily confirm from their cameras. The staff didn’t seem helpful or understanding when I raised this issue. Instead of checking properly, they just repeated the same explanation about “self-parking fees” listed on the website, which makes no sense if no car was ever parked there. The room was okay, but overall the experience left a bad impression. Being overcharged for something I didn’t use and having to argue about it was frustrating and unfair.

We stayed here on two separate occasions for local events (wedding / charity event). It offers great value with reasonable rates and nice rooms / staff. The Denver Tech location was convenient and safe for us for both events.

I love this hotel! Staff was friendly, room quiet and clean, affordable and safe. In addition, I loved the gym ! It’s very convenient to restaurants, and Denver univ where i come to visit my son. My only recommendation is they get flavored creamer with coffee in mornings, and boiled eggs as an option For breakfast. But no big deal. I’m definitely staying here again! Thanks a bunch
