The Cin Cin Inn is a mid century modern time capsule, professionally designed to exemplify vintage luxury. Less than 15 minutes away from top attractions like Red Rocks, LoHi, Ball Arena and more, this home is ideal for exploring everything Denver has to offer!



After a busy day, enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi, a chat by the fire, or some friendly competition in the game room, then retreat to your uniquely styled bedroom. With space for 19 guests, this is the perfect place to host your family or large group!



Bedrooms:

Each of the SIX(!) bedrooms in this home was carefully designed to convey its own unique vibe and energy. The massive primary bedroom is perfect for a group of kids or teens to pile into, or if Mom and Dad want to treat themselves, consider pushing both beds together for an indulgent King-sized experience. The yellow bedroom next door is energetic, visually loud, and perfect for the flower child in your group. Looking for a more low-key home base? Try the maroon room on the lower level, with vibes so cool it would make James Dean feel like a square.



Bathrooms:

You might know about Jack and Jill vanities, but I bet you’ve never seen a Jack and Jill shower! This unique amenity in the primary suite bathroom is a great way to relax and clean off after a long day of hiking or jamming out at Red Rocks. Also, the primary bathroom and second full-bathroom on the main level both benefit from stunning skylights! If your Jack and Jill shower wasn’t already cool enough, now imagine looking up at the beautiful night sky while you rinse off. On the lower level, a beautiful, third full bathroom ensures that no one in your group will ever need to wait in line, no matter how many friends you bring with you.



Kitchen:

There are two kinds of people when it comes to cooking — people who love pouring a few glasses of wine and working together, and people who throw on their noise canceling headphones and absolutely lock "TF" in. Thankfully, this kitchen is big and well equipped enough for either sort! Even the most discerning chefs will be impressed by the variety of tools at their disposal, including brand new Caraway pots and pans, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, and so much more; not to mention near-unlimited counter space, so everyone has room to let their inner Gordon Ramsey shine!



Guest Access:

The entire inside of the home is at your disposal! Please feel free to spread out and enjoy over 3000 square feet of living space during your stay. The closet in the hall by the kitchen is filled with extra linens, bedding, cleaning supplies and paper goods for your convenience during your stay.



The garage and the shed in the backyard are both used as owner’s closets.



Other Things to Note:

This home is family friendly! Please find amenities including a pack-n-play, a noise machine, and child-safe cutlery included at no additional charge for your convenience.



Being in Colorado, of course the home is pet-friendly as well! Please be aware that the yard is not 100% fenced in, so it is highly recommended that you not let you pet off-leash outside during your stay. This was one of the most impressive VRBO's we have stayed at! Super spacious with several large beds, clean, and everything we could need. We were a family with 8 adults, 4 kids, and 2 pets. The home and yard was spacious enough for all of us to spread out and not be in each others way when we wanted, but was also perfect for playing games together and enjoying each others company. The yard was great for kids & pets to run and play. Just understand that it is not fully fenced in and the gates are wonky and don't stay secured well. Sebastian, the host, was very responsive when we had a problem at check-in but did everything to makes things right.

It was breathtaking from the moment we entered. Would love to rent for our family when the weather is warmer. We all fit comfortably. Everything you can think of was available in the kitchen. The bedrooms have beautiful designs. It accommodated our large family.The dinner table inside was huge also the table on the deck. Not to many distractions the kids and adults were able to relax and enjoy each other's company and with so much room . The host was Amazing and very helpful and responsive. Great place for a weekend away

The Cin-Cin Inn was the perfect place for seven old friends from college to celebrate our 40th birthdays together. We are working moms who needed a relaxing getaway and the Cin-Cin Inn delivered.The location was a convenient home base for outings to Red Rocks, Golden, Boulder, and downtown Denver. The layout worked well for our group. We each had our own bed and there were plenty of spaces to hang out where we wouldn’t disturb others sleeping or napping. We really enjoyed the record player in the basement for an impromptu 80s dance party.Sebastian was a gracious and attentive host. We had a few questions and one minor issue during our stay; all were resolved within an hour after sending a message.We would recommend the Cin-Cin Inn for any large group hoping to explore the front range!
