1. Was hassled by several homeless people as I was coming and going from my car, which I had to pay $15/day to park and set an alarm clock to wake up every night at midnight to make sure it was paid, or I could have opted for the $45/day valet parking. **Again, NO ONSITE PARKING- this was not made clear or I would have reserved elsewhere 2. Had trouble with the TV, limited channels were working consistently so i bought myself a Roku to plug into the TV which worked well 3. Staff largely ignored me during my stay unless I greeted them first 4. Ants in our room and bathroom 5. Shower held water and drain was uneven with shower floor, my husband skinned the bottom of his foot.

The stay was great. The only downside was parking. We weren't aware that all parking was paid parking. The hotel had valet parking for $45 and then there were two parking lots you could pay by the day nearby.

Only had one working elevator, they never could all the tv channels to work. Toilet handle had to be jiggled ever time, shower was terrible. Only one chair in the second room they gave us. Valet parking was way too expensive. Breakfast was very poor quality. Staff really didn’t seem to care about the problems, keep telling us they would fix issues but never did. WORST Hampton I have ever stayed in and will never stay there again!!

Big disappointment

The hotel was full of negative surprises: - parking: it stated on hotels.com that parking would be available. It was but only for valley parking fee of 45$ a night equally to 50% of cost for room! - bring your own pillow next time: pillows were way to thick and hard. Any doctor would object - fixtures in bathroom were loose and did not work properly - bath room did not have any ventilation system - cereal dispenser at breakfast buffet did not work
