The staff was amazing! They treated me as a person and not just a regular guest. Danielle (Evening supervisor)and Rula( Spa Manager) went above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing and I will be forever grateful!

Not the Inverness experience we anticipated

The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. Hairs on the counter, toilet and floor and something in the sink. The front desk service was wonderful. The gentleman checking us in and out were so pleasant and polite. The main bar and grill was closed and only option for dinner was Breckenridge brewery, which was fine, except the service was terrible. Our waitress rarely returned and if she walked by she wouldn’t acknowledge us so we could ask for anything. Food took a very long time for a couple burgers. Once the food finally came it was clear it had been sitting ready under the heater for some time, plates burning hot, sauces had a layer of film and burgers dried out. Definitely not worth the price of the meal and unlike any experience we’ve had at the Littleton location.

The stay was fine. It seems ridiculous to get charged for parking when it has a huge lot and it is not downtown or somewhere with limited parking. I would of chosen a different hotel if I would of realized.

The room was pretty good, clean enough. The guy who checked us in wasn’t happy to be at work and said he was just “here.” I get it, but maybe don’t say that to guests because it kind of puts your energy on someone else. We were there to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary. The service in the brewery and restaurant were great. But, the food in the restaurant was not good. The meat tasted rancid (we shared a steak) and actually both my husband and I had stomach issues the last 24hrs. Our waitress was really trying hard, so didn’t make sense to spoil her night by saying the food was bad. Kudos to her for friendliness. The menu could use a few more options too. Overall, we had a good time.

It was amazing! Super comfy room, my back was appreciative of the mattress and pillows! Staff were nothing short is perfection! Lucky to get to see F18 take off this morning from the airport.
