Great stay

Hip hotel in a great location within walking distance (15-20 mins) of the train, tons of restaurants, and activities. Our room was perfect for 2; clean, modern, loved the chaise! And the on site restaurant was delicious, classy yet casual.

The hotel was nice. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The lock battery on our room died, so we couldn’t get into our room. We had to check in with the front desk 3 times before the engineer finally arrived after an hour.

The room itself was ok. Uncomfortable pillows and the motion activated lights under the bed on one side kept going off and bliking all night. The front desk was understaffed for both check in and out, with one person working therefore a longer wait than there should have been. If you park there, that as well took longer than necessary due to poor staffing. Then, when we went to pick up our vehicle, they lost our keys and it took 45 minutes for them to find them!

Property was very run down. Valet parking took almost an hour to get my car. They wouldn’t turn on the fire pit on the rooftop. The restaurant was great for breakfast one day but the next day at dinner was a complete disaster.
