When me and my husband arrived, front desk person didn’t tell us that suite was shower for disabled people , we tried to shower but water wasn’t working that was because we don’t know how shower operate for disabled people, we do see little stool their but we cannot resolve why is there and also we cannot turn thermostat from cooling to heat , it was 10:45 pm. and I was not sure can we still report problem or not . We wait till morning and went to front desk to report issue. The lady told me she will send maintenance man around 9:00 am. No one show and me and my daughter went again to front desk , the lady told as what I mentioned up on this note , maintenance man come and fix thermostat . We also paid $466.00 dollars for that unpleasant situation and very poor service. I will leave my phone number and I am wishing someone higher will call me and we can resolve that issue. Everyone was very friendly and kind and very helpful. This could be a fault of my own, room didn’t get cleaned even when the sign was off, and noticed some stains on pillow and bedding. Not a huge deal breaker but was a shock.
