Shower was flawed.

The room was great and clean. The bathroom shower was not the best though. It was disabled shower do it was zero entry however the shower curtain did not go all the way down and the water sprayed out onto the floor. This was particularly dangerous as someone could have slipped when they got out. It was not just a little water either. The floor was soaked.

Stayed here for one night for a work trip in Denver. The room I booked was a king suite, upon entering room there was two double beds instead. at this point I had traveled so much I let it go. Then I tried turning on the tv and it didn’t work. Again I gave up, tried to pull the curtain down, curtains were broken did not go down. Again counted my losses and then went to bed as I had scheduled a 5am shuttle ride to the airport in the morning. The receptionist told me the night before that I was to arrive a couple minutes before 5am to get on the shuttle. The next morning I wake up at 4:30am head down by 4:50 and then the receptionist proceeds to tell me that the 5 am shuttle has already left! It was 4:53 at this point. She said she would call to see if they could come back and she left me outside. She didn’t come back out (the outside doors are locked) to come get me or try to remedy the solution. Again I gave up and told her I would call an Uber. Overall not a great stay

I booked it late after my flight was missed, and I was scheduled to fly out the next morning. I love that the restaurant was open until 11pm, and the portions were huge. The room was nice and clean and perfect for a one night stay to get rest. I would have liked to be informed by the receptionist about the shuttle reservation for transfer to the airport because I totally missed the sign after a long day of travel. I also had to wait and go look for someone at checkout, and I know it was early at 4am but there was other people checking out too.

Hotel was really nice. Great distance from the airport. Our room had random holes on the ceiling and it looked like tape on the walls from a party or something. All in all, was only here long enough to sleep.
