The staff was very nice and helpful. My friends and I got to Colorado earlier than anticipated, so we called to ask if we could check in earlier. The front desk lady ( I wish I could remember her name) was very nice about it and informed us about the policies of checking in early and that she couldn't promise anything, but the earliest we could check in was around noon. Her communication with me was extraordinary, Overall, everything was top-tier. If I ever visit again, I will be staying here.

Our stay here was great! The breakfast in the morning was good, the bathroom could use some work, there was a few miscellaneous stains around it. But other than that, our stay was great!

Nice and clean

great stay and if you are going to a concert at the Red Rock Amphitheater, it is the perfect location to stay at. 15min away. There is a gas station a block away and then crossing the street, there is a very convenient Walmart in case you need to buy anything.

Safety Concerns Upon Arrival A police officer was checking for stolen vehicles in the parking lot, raising serious concerns about the neighborhood and overall safety. Unannounced Pool Closure Although the closure was due to an accident, the fact that it was not communicated ahead of checking in was disappointing, especially since the pool was one of amenities that influenced my booking choice. Excessive Noise and Security Issues We experienced ongoing noise disturbances that required police intervention, and this disrupted our rest throughout the night. Unhygienic Bathroom Conditions The shower floor was visibly dirty, with possible mold in the crevices — a clear violation of basic cleanliness standards.
