Great for work or relaxing, our condo is as close as you'll get to a home base. Just 25 minutes to Boulder , 20 to Denver, and next to Broomfield. Or head to the hills, just 30 minutes away, for some Colorado recreation. This near new construction has already been updated, and is furnished with quality coordinating finishes. Tucked away in a secluded corner, away from traffic. No steps makes this a great option for all. Covered private outdoor space with furniture. Note: Cleaning tools on-site. Cleaning supplies (starter levels also provided). If you prefer, you can have optional bi-weekly or monthly cleaning at $100/clean, please inquire with Host. Long term guests who do not opt for extra cleaning must commit to regular cleaning themselves.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed for 3 months while visiting our daughter and family in Westminster. Close to everything we needed. We liked having a garage and no steps. Quiet, friendly neighborhood, great walking trails close by. Bed was very comfortable. Our hosts could not have been nicer and quick to respond if there were questions or a problem. Would rebook without hesitation next time.
