It’s a short walk from train station, which is good, but a pretty austere environment. Check in was online, no personal contact. Cement walls and not cozy at all. Sleek, modern, cold.

Upon my arrival, the staff was very unhelpful and not knowledgeable. I reserved the suite for my bridal party to get ready and we asked for more towels and were on hold for 20min before women could help us. I had a group try to access the elevator, using the code we were given and they were unable to get on the elevator, we had to come down and get them but only one elevator was working, so it took forever for them to get back. Upon leaving, I waited for 35minutes trying to get my car because we were told we parked in the wrong garage. When we stated the pass that was given to opened the garage and the fob allowed us to access the garage we just couldn’t get my car out, we were told we parked in the wrong place and there was nothing that could be done. It wasn’t until I said I was getting married and was already late that the front desk staff helped us get my car. The entire experience was awful and I would not recommend until better staff were employed and trained on how to help guests

It was very clean. The beds were comfortable enough. The location was great, so near Union station and very convenient. However, it was very minimalist and the furniture, one couch and one chair, was very uncomfortable. One of the bathrooms did not always have hot water. It was lukewarm enough to take a shower, but didn't get hot all the time. Very weird.
