Spacious 6,100 sq ft home with chalet style floor-to-ceilings windows, hardwood floors, fireplace, chef's kitchen + 2 kitchenettes, baby grand piano, billiards, Irish bar, elevator, hot tub, sauna, gym, fire pits, patios, and full art studio. 5 king-sized bedrooms + twins, 6 baths, 3-car garage.

The space
This lovely property is great for friends and family to gather and enjoy, however I want to be clear this is definitely not a party house. We have close neighbors and strict outside quiet hours that start at 9pm.
The first floor is in a U-shape with French doors leading to a grand courtyard. Courtyard boasts two 10 person couches with a 4' gas fire pit in the middle, four tier fountain and offers spectacular city light views. Also offers doors to an enormous deck on the other side with more incredible views. Each wing ends with a full bath and bedroom. The West wing has a sauna and treadmill. The East wing offers two full baths and a master bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Connecting the two wings is a large living area that includes floor to ceiling windows with awe inspiring views, a gourmet kitchen, large bar, skylights, large couch, 70" TV, pool table, grand player piano and a large dining room table.
The second floor offers substantial family room with pull down king size comfortable murphy bed, full kitchenette with everything you need to prepare any meal, along with dining room table. Family room boasts comfortable 6 person reclining couch. Full size shuffle board table, professional dart board, putt return, indoor corn hole, 75" TV fully equipped with every Wii game imaginable. Enter large foyer that has a second private entrance.
